If I could provide 10 stars I would, but it only allows 5. Dennis is highly professional, cares about your situation/nerves as a homeowner, and spends the added time to discuss and educate. I was put into a panic when a worker noticed one of my main support beams had black spots and white residual claiming it was mold. I then scoured the internet for a means to find pictures telling me it’s not mold. I went to Reddit where people said my house and the entire world would come to an end based on those black spots. I emailed over to Tri State Mold Solutions and briefed of my situation that evening. Next morning Dennis called me, asked for some details and explained mold in general. I made an appointment to have Dennis come out and test. Dennis came, looked and noting some could maybe be something, but test to find out. Sure enough just a few days later results came back and it wasn’t mold - no growth of mold found. What a relief. I can never be more thankful - and it’s good piece of mind. Also learned don’t listen to the Internet where the sky is always falling. Above just the mold testing and inspection Dennis was very nice, and caring - and I could tell he wasn’t out to get you like so many in the construction world tend to be these days. I highly suggest if needed to call them. Very honest, very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and test and results and pricing is exactly what they say and laid out right from the start. If ever an issue or think an issue again this is certainly who will call.

I called Tri State Mold Solutions for a professional assessment after a third party raised an alarm about a mold issue in our home. Dennis was reassuring and so knowledgeable that it eased my concerns until a proper assessment was done. It turns out there was no issue at all with mold. I cannot recommend Dennis and Tri State Mold Solutions enough.

Dennis was great. I called him on a Tuesday and explained my situation of possible mold in my attic. He sent me a detailed email explaining exactly what his role would be and what his fees would be. He was able to come out the very next morning, perform a mold inspection and set up a remediation plan. Answered all my questions thoroughly and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend him if you happen to be in one of these unfortunate situations in your own home.

Dennis was incredibly helpful and informative when he came to test our house for potential mold issues. It turns out we have very slight mold problems on some stored older doors in our basement, and one small piece of drywall which we'll have removed. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and super punctual. My husband and I could not recommend his services more highly. If you think you might have any sort of indoor air quality issues, talk to him before you get anyone else involved. He'll know what and whom to recommend no matter the outcomes of his thorough testing.

Excellent mold assessment from Dennis this April 2024. He was responsive and clear before, during, and after the inspection via email and phone calls. We weren't able to show up in-person, and he worked with our real estate agent to gain entry. I called him several times while he was there and he was extremely patient and thorough with our many questions. Based on his findings and advice we avoided an extremely costly and unhealthy home purchase. Would recommend him to anyone!
